The HR Generalist is responsible for performing a wide range of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The role supports the organization in maintaining a productive, compliant, and employee-focused work environment.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in all HR functions specializing in Recruitment
• Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
