Hr Generalist

We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and personable HR Assistant to support our growing remote team. This role is fully remote and requires working in the EST timezone. The ideal candidate will not only have a strong background in HR practices but also possess excellent communication skills, a calm and pleasing personality, and an outgoing demeanor. Enthusiasm and the ability to connect with people genuinely are critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, Enforce, and Refine HR Policies: Ensure policies are up-to-date and aligned with company goals and compliance standards.
  • Manage Full-Cycle HR Functions: Oversee onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Remote Team Management: Effectively support and oversee remote teams across multiple countries, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Talent Management: Lead efforts to retain top performers and foster a positive work environment.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Create and maintain packages tailored to the needs of a global remote workforce.
  • Recruitment: Source, recruit, and build a strong talent pool to meet the organization’s needs.
  • HR Projects: Coordinate and manage HR-related projects, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize virtual events and other initiatives to boost employee morale and foster a strong sense of community within the remote workforce.

Qualifications:

  • Proven HR Expertise: Demonstrated experience in developing and managing HR policies, handling full-cycle HR functions, and overseeing remote teams.
  • Employee Engagement Expertise: Proven ability to design and implement virtual events and other engagement initiatives to boost team morale.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with a diverse global workforce calmly and professionally.
  • Outgoing and Enthusiastic Personality: Comfortable connecting with people and fostering positive relationships across various levels of the organization.
  • Talent Management and Recruitment: Skilled in managing talent acquisition, retention strategies, and employee engagement programs.
  • Global Experience: Prior experience working with teams from diverse cultural and geographical backgrounds.
  • Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection and a noise-canceling headset and reliable internet connection.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
