Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree holder

With at least 3-5 years’ experience as HR Generalist

With experience in employee engagement, employee relation, and labor relation is an

advantage

Willing to work in Antipolo, Rizal

Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee labor relations matters, including as compliance, grievance resolution, and

disciplinary measures.

Establish in place and oversee wellness initiatives and employee engagement

programs.

Act as a contact for issues raised by staff members and help resolve disputes

Support the creation of policies and guarantee that corporate policies are applied

consistently

Communicate with government organizations (DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, etc.) regarding

labor and human resources issues.

Other tasks may be assigned by immediate superior
