Hr Intern

Main Accountabilities:

• Recruitment and Selection
• Ability to post job advertisements in various job portals.
• Conduct initial interview and pre-screening questions for candidates.
• Provide management support by planning and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
• Create or update records with new files and information.
• Monitor inventory of files, paper clips etc. and report shortages.
• Assist in other HR Related Work given.
• Hybrid setup
• Internship Allowance.
• Can give MOA.
• Can issue Certificate of Completion.

Requirements and skills

• Knowledge of recruitment and selection.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner etc.
• MS Offices (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to navigate Canva.
• Good command of English both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Great attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
