- Supports maintenance of the employee database in UKG HRIS, i,e., enters new hire information, compensation adjustments, records transfers and status changes, and processes various benefit-related changes.
- Supports HR Support Services through our ticketing system and call queue by answering high volume employee requests.
- Assists HR Operations with the creation/modification of reports by collecting, analyzing, validating and manipulating human resources data from multiple sources.
- Supports benefits functions with employee benefits enrollment and termination and troubleshooting employee benefits issues.
- Assists in processing monthly invoices and billing for benefits programs.
- Assists in tuition reimbursement requests.
- Provides administrative assistance with filing, auditing, organizing and data entry.

- Supporting Learning and Development email and request tickets
- Auditing and preparing invoices
- Prepares new team member on-boarding packets
- Work on special projects
- Support Talent, Organizational Communications and HR Support Services as needed.
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality such as information related to Personal and Health Information
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to follow-through on assignments without being prompted
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented; must ensure a high level of accuracy
- Flexibility while working in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrate professionalism at all times
- Understand and comply with all applicable federal and state laws and banking regulations (including those related to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering compliance) and Patelco Credit Union's policies and procedures.
- Currently pursuing degree in related field
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
