Position Overview
As an HR Intern, you will collaborate with the HR team on various recruitment and administrative tasks. This role offers meaningful exposure to core HR processes within a fast-paced staffing and outsourcing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job platforms, social media, and internal databases
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and applicants
  • Conduct initial screening calls or online interviews
  • Support onboarding activities, including document collection and background checks
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR spreadsheets
  • Help write and post job ads across different channels
  • Assist in organizing employee trainings and HR-led events
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
  • Stay informed about labor regulations and compliance relevant to staffing services

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related course
  • Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations
  • Good communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times
