HR Responsibilities for OJT

• Program Planning & Coordination
• Design and implement the OJT program in line with company goals
• Coordinate with department heads and supervisors for trainee placement
• Recruitment & Selection
• Screen and select qualified OJT trainees or interns
• Coordinate with schools or training institutions (if applicable)
• Orientation & Onboarding
• Conduct orientation on company policies, rules, and workplace culture
• Ensure trainees understand safety rules and job expectations
• Training Documentation
• Prepare training agreements, schedules, and OJT plans
• Maintain trainee records, attendance, and performance reports
• Monitoring & Evaluation
• Monitor trainee progress and work performance
• Collect evaluations and feedback from supervisors
• Address trainee concerns or issues
• Compliance & Policies
• Ensure OJT activities comply with labor laws and company policies
• Enforce discipline and workplace standards
• Certification & Completion
• Process completion requirements
• Issue certificates, evaluations, or endorsements after training

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php1,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 10 per week
