Hr Intern

Work Location: Kamias, Quezon City
Allowance: ₱2,200 monthly

Job Description (JD):

The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources Department in various administrative and operational functions. The role provides hands-on experience in HR practices, policies, and procedures, helping the intern develop skills relevant to the HR profession.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
• Support in maintaining employee records and HR files.
• Help with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Assist in timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and other HR-related documentation.
• Support in organizing HR events, activities, and employee engagement programs.
• Provide general administrative assistance (filing, encoding, data entry, and reports).
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the HR Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications:

• Currently a 3rd year or 4th year college student taking up Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related courses.
• Must be enrolled in a school-accredited OJT/internship program.
• Willing to be assigned in Kamias, Quezon City.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php2,200.00 per month
