HR Intern
Duration: 6 months
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join PIL’s International HR Business Partner team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to International HR business partnering through project coordination, HR analytics and reporting, process improvement, and stakeholder support across multiple countries and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support International HRBPs in planning and delivering HR initiatives (e.g., engagement, ways of working, policy/process rollouts) across multiple countries.
- Assist with HR analytics and reporting by consolidating data from stakeholders and presenting insights.
- Support process documentation and continuous improvement (SOPs, templates, trackers) and ensure HR information is maintained accurately and confidentially.
- Contribute to ad-hoc regional HR projects such as HRIS/data quality improvements, survey administration, and change management materials.

Who We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
