Hr Intern (Makati)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team in Makati. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the HR department and gain practical experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with posting job vacancies and screening candidate resumes
  • Support onboarding and employee orientation activities
  • Help update and maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Participate in HR team meetings and record meeting minutes
  • Provide general administrative assistance as needed

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
