  • Posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Scheduling interviews between candidates and department heads, sending interview invites via email or Viber.
  • Assisting candidates during on-site tests or initial interviews and updating them on their application status.
  • Organizing and updating 201 files (employee records) and ensuring all digital and hard copies are properly sorted.
  • Assisting in the preparation of IDs.
  • Supporting company events, job fairs, or staff activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Insurance, or a related field.
  • High level of accuracy in checking documents and data entry.
  • Proficiency in both English and Filipino (written and verbal) for drafting letters and communicating with claimants.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

INTERNSHIP REQUIRMENTS:

  • Endorsement Letter, Medical Certificate (Indicating fitness for internship)
  • Notarized Parent's Consent (Waiver)
  • Internship Details (Document specifying the required number of hours and the proposed schedule)
  • 2x2 ID picture
