Job Summary

Duties

• Assist with benefits administration and employee evaluation processes.
• Support HR sourcing activities to identify and attract top talent.
• Gain experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, and SAP.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Help maintain employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects related to human capital management.
• Conduct research and compile data for reports on HR metrics.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR concepts such as benefits administration, employee evaluation, and strategic planning is preferred.
• Experience or coursework involving HRIS systems (Workday, UltiPro, SAP) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn.
