Acadiana Management Group, LLC dba AMG- Integrated Healthcare Management (AMG), an employee-owned company, is hiring an entry level full-time HR & Payroll Assistant in Lafayette, Louisiana. The HR & Payroll Assistant supports the family of hospital companies by accurately entering employee demographic data into electronic in the HRIS and payroll system. The position provides support and follow-up for the HR and Payroll Department. Provides preparation of new employee onboarding materials for new company(s). Maintains and adheres to the strictest levels of confidentiality in handling of sensitive information including personnel, payroll, employment, and company matters. This position requires excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Position Requirements:

• Associates degree in Human Resources and/or Payroll field of study preferred.
• Minimum of one-year work experience in human resources and payroll preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and positively with strong people skills.
• Must be able to articulately communicate, interpret and explain complex information and comprehend written, verbal and electronic communication in English.
• Experience and knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Adheres to strict confidentiality.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and human relation skills.
