Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and learn about recruitment processes in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, and databases).
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Send interview confirmations and follow-ups to candidates.
- Job Posting and Advertising:
- Post job openings on internal and external platforms.
- Ensure job descriptions are accurate and appealing to attract top talent.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analytics.
- Employer Branding Initiatives:
- Support recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding projects.
- Help create content for social media to promote job openings and company culture.
- Collaboration and Learning:
- Partner with team members to understand recruitment strategies and company needs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the recruitment process.
Qualifications and Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
