Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and learn about recruitment processes in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, and databases).
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Send interview confirmations and follow-ups to candidates.
  • Job Posting and Advertising:
  • Post job openings on internal and external platforms.
  • Ensure job descriptions are accurate and appealing to attract top talent.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analytics.
  • Employer Branding Initiatives:
  • Support recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding projects.
  • Help create content for social media to promote job openings and company culture.
  • Collaboration and Learning:
  • Partner with team members to understand recruitment strategies and company needs.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
