Hr Specialist / Technical Recruiter (On-Site)

Job Overview

Reignite Cyber Solutions Inc. is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist / Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of HR experience, preferably working with U.S.-based clients, and a strong background in client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients on HR-related matters
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and retention
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partnership opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and engagement
• Promote our services through various channels and platforms to attract new business
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Provide regular updates and reports on client acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics
• Stay current with HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, with exposure to U.S.-based clients preferred
• Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and labor regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and teamwork
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using various communication and CRM tools
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Bonus pay

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
