HR Specialist (On-site)

Location: Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija
Work Setup: On-site (Kapt. Pepe, Cabanatuan City)
Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Time)
Job Type: Full-time

Base Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 (base in the market)

Job Overview

Reignite Cyber Solutions Inc. is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist / Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of HR experience, preferably working with U.S.-based clients, and a strong background in client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for U.S.-based clients, cultivating strong relationships and positioning Reignite Cyber Solutions as a trusted staffing partner.
  • Source high-quality leads by leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting tools to identify key decision-makers (e.g., HR leaders, CTOs, CISOs).
  • Conduct strategic outreach through cold emailing, LinkedIn messaging, and outbound campaigns to introduce our specialized cybersecurity and technical staffing solutions.
  • Draft effective cold email templates and sales call scripts tailored to different buyer personas, pain points, and staffing needs.
  • Promote Reignite’s staffing offerings—including full-time, contract, and remote placements—aligned with the evolving workforce strategies of target clients.
  • Represent the company confidently during discovery calls, virtual meetings, and presentations, clearly communicating our value proposition and service capabilities.
  • Maintain and expand client relationships by delivering excellent service and identifying opportunities for upselling or additional support.
  • Track lead generation performance, client engagement metrics, and conversion rates to continuously refine outreach strategy and optimize results.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, U.S. labor laws, and cybersecurity workforce needs to ensure alignment with client expectations and market demand.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, with exposure to U.S.-based clients preferred
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and labor regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and teamwork
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using various communication and CRM tools
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
