Hr Talent Acquisition Intern

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern on behalf of our client — someone who wants to dive deep into the recruitment process and learn how top talent is identified, engaged, and hired. You’ll gain practical experience in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and employer branding for talent attraction.
You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, working on roles across multiple functions and levels, while also contributing to projects that improve the candidate experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Support recruitment campaigns such as campus hiring, job fairs, and talent networking events
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment progress in the ATS
• Coordinate recruitment-related assessments or tasks
• Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract candidates (e.g., social media content, recruitment materials)
• Assist with recruitment metrics tracking and reporting
• Participate in weekly recruitment meetings and brainstorm ways to improve hiring processes

Requirements:
What You Bring:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities
• Curious about recruitment strategies and market trends
• Familiar with Google Workspace; LinkedIn Recruiter or Canva is a plus
• Interested in startups, hiring strategies, and impactful work
