HR Admin Assistant position will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation in the office. The role involves performing a variety of HR and administrative tasks such as: Recruitment / Compensation and Benefits / Managing and filing of 201 records / Timekeeping / Managing correspondence / Documentation and organizing files / Liaison to the bank and Government offices (Deposit of check payments, Permits, etc.) / Housekeeping Management / Supporting various offices (Management, Sales & Marketing, Warehouse & Logistics, Accounting).
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of any four-year course but preferably Administration, Psychology and Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year work related experience. Fresh graduates are welcome as long as with good credentials, developed interpersonal skill, satisfactory communication, and a team player.
- Skills: Requires administrative capabilities, strong organizational skill, communication and interpersonal skill (effectively communicate, interact, and work harmoniously with individuals and groups). Knowledgeable in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), organized and keen to details.
