Human Resource Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling day-to-day HR operations
• Managing hiring processes; such as canvassing, calling, arranging & conducting interviews
• Facilitate digital prospecting of candidates via social platforms (eg LinkedIn)
• Managing leads generation including mining of job portal leads
• Events planning and management for recruitment purposes at local institutions and networking/career seminars, including planning and execution
• Overseeing onboarding processes of suitable candidates
• Any other ad-hoc HR duties, as assigned

Requirements

- Minimum local Diploma awarded by a recognized polytechnic and/or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to work independently

- Creative and Energetic

- Excellent at Microsoft Office Tools and Canva

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
