Human Resources Generalist

My Uniware Collections Inc. is a fast-growing e-commerce company looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused HR Generalist to support our expanding workforce. This role plays a critical part in managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, payroll support, and labor compliance.

We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment such as e-commerce, logistics, retail, or warehouse operations and is passionate about enhancing employee experience while ensuring efficient HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and job offers
  • Partner with hiring managers to fill roles across office, warehouse, and operations teams
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and recruitment databases
  • Optimize hiring strategies to attract qualified candidates quickly

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Lead new hire onboarding, orientation, and documentation processes
  • Ensure employees understand company policies, procedures, and expectations
  • Deliver a seamless and engaging onboarding experience to improve retention
  • Support initiatives that enhance overall employee satisfaction and engagement

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employee concerns, inquiries, and support
  • Help resolve workplace issues and promote a positive, inclusive work environment
  • Assist in implementing employee engagement and culture-building programs

HR Administration & Operations

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using Google Workspace (GSheets)
  • Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, and HR documentation
  • Ensure HR operations comply with Philippine labor laws and internal policies
  • Improve HR processes and workflows for efficiency and accuracy

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs
  • Support leadership in career development, upskilling, and succession planning initiatives

Performance Management

  • Assist in performance appraisal processes, evaluations, and improvement plans
  • Track employee performance metrics and maintain proper documentation

HR Policy & Compliance

  • Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company standards, and HR best practices
  • Stay updated on changes in Philippine labor laws and HR trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or similar role
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
  • Experience in e-commerce, logistics, retail, or warehouse environments is an advantage
  • Warehouse HR experience is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
