Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a motivated People & Culture Intern to support our HR team in creating a positive workplace experience. The role will involve assisting with recruitment coordination, employee engagement initiatives, HR administration, and maintaining company culture activities. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to HR practices in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment efforts (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, screening candidates).
• Assist in onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Contribute ideas to culture-building projects and internal communications.
• Provide general support to the People & Culture team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

Location: Onsite | Kapitolyo, Pasig | Unpaid Academic Internship
