Roles & Objectives

As an Intern you will be part of our P&C Department Philip Morris Italia and will be reporting to Manager P&C. The position will be based in Rome.

As a P&C Intern, you will be part of the Business Partners team by contributing to key people and culture initiatives, assisting with HR processes, and helping to drive projects that enable business growth and employee engagement.

Specific Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and analysis of HR data and reports for strategic decision-making.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Contribute to research on best practices in organizational development and talent management.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects focused on process improvement and HR innovation.

Who we’re looking for

• Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
