About the Role

We are a fast-paced digital marketing and advertising agency looking for a highly adaptable and eager-to-learn Human Resources Intern to join our team. Whether you are looking to fulfill a school requirement or voluntarily seeking real-world HR experience within a dynamic creative agency environment, this role will give you hands-on exposure to how a modern HR department operates.

You will work closely with our management team to support the growth and well-being of our creative and administrative departments.

What You Will Learn & Do

You will get practical exposure to various core facets of Human Resources, including but not limited to:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Assisting with job postings, screening resumes for creative and marketing roles, and scheduling interviews.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Helping integrate new hires into the company culture and assisting with exit protocols.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Supporting initiatives to boost morale, track engagement, and prevent burnout in a high-turnover startup environment.
• Performance Management: Assisting with the documentation of KPIs, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
• HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, updating trackers, and assisting with day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Equipment: Must have your own personal laptop for work use.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of at least one or more HR facets (Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, or Labor Relations).
• Traits:
• Flexible & Adaptable: Able to pivot quickly and handle the shifting priorities of an advertising agency.
• Willing to Learn: Open to feedback, eager to ask questions, and ready to absorb new HR strategies.
• Eligibility: Open to current college students (for required practicum/OJT) or recent graduates/students seeking voluntary internship experience.
