Full Job Description
The Yeti Tavern

Requirements:

● Must be over the age of 18
● High school degree or equivalent
● Able to work late hours (for example: closing shift - 10 pm)
● Available to work any shift: weekdays, weekends and holidays
● Must have a car
● Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
● California Food Handlers card
● Must be trustworthy and honest
● Must be punctual and reliable
● Good communication skills
● Ability to handle large crowds for long periods of times
● Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
● Willing to participate in storyline of the tavern (Themed Establishment)

Preferred Experience:

● Food Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

● Upbeat and friendly customer service
● Serve ice cream and beer according to the guidelines of the store
● Consistently keep the store clean: sweep floors, clean tables and chairs throughout the day
● Follow health, safety and sanitation rules
● Fill ice cream display,, keep toppings clean and full, restock items as necessary
● Closing shift: mop floors, clean machines, clean dishes, and follow other cleaning requirements
● Prepare entire store for next work shift before you leave your shift
● Assist visitors hunting for the Yeti (Themed establishment)
● Other Duties as assigned
