Immigration Lawyer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in immigration law, providing comprehensive legal counsel and representation to clients navigating complex immigration processes. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent research, negotiation, and legal drafting skills, along with proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis.

Duties

• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various immigration matters, including visas, green cards, asylum, and deportation defense.
• Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation accurately and timely.
• Conduct thorough legal research using LexisNexis and other resources to stay current on immigration laws and policies.
• Represent clients in hearings, interviews, and court proceedings as needed.
• Negotiate with government agencies and other parties to facilitate favorable outcomes for clients.
• Draft clear and precise legal documents, including affidavits, declarations, and legal briefs.
• Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements.
• Stay informed about changes in immigration law and policy to provide up-to-date advice.

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
