In-Home Sales Representative – Home Improvement (Flooring, Roofing, Reno)

Our main focus is premium floor refinishing, but we welcome experienced sales professionals from flooring, roofing, renovation, and related trades who are eager to excel in a new niche.

How the Process Works (Earnings Example):

• Receive around 60 pre-qualified job requests/month
• Convert about 50% into scheduled in-home visits
• At the visit: measure > calculate > quote > close
• Close 50–60% of your visits into signed projects
• Average commissions: $500–$700/project
• Expected monthly earnings: $7,500–$11,000 (top reps earn more)
• Qualify for profit-sharing after consistently strong performance

Your Role Includes:

• Booking and conducting in-home estimates
• Closing jobs on-site (you receive all leads)
• Handing off details to our contractor crews for fulfillment

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in home improvement or skilled trades
• Ability to measure, quote, and close deals in-home
• Excellent communication and time management
• Valid driver’s license + vehicle
• Basic tech skills (CRM, calendar, email)
