In-Store Sales Assistant – Event-Based

Are you outgoing, enthusiastic, and ready to kick-start a career in sales? Our client, a fast-growing sales and marketing company based in Los Angeles, is seeking an energetic In-Store Sales Assistant to join their face-to-face promotions team.
This is an event-based, in-person role—you’ll work at a variety of high-traffic venues including retail stores, shopping malls, trade shows, expos, and sporting events across the local area. It’s an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging directly with the public, building rapport, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event-Based Customer Interaction: Represent the brand at in-store promotions and live events across various locations such as retail stores, malls, exhibitions, and stadiums.
- Product Promotion & Sales: Engage with customers face-to-face, provide product demonstrations, explain features and benefits, and close sales in a friendly and professional manner.
- Brand Representation: Act as a key ambassador for the brand, ensuring a positive and informative experience for every customer.
- Event Setup & Display: Assist with setting up promotional booths, branded displays, and signage to attract attention and drive footfall.
- Sales Targets: Work in a performance-driven environment with daily and weekly sales goals. High performers benefit from uncapped commissions and bonus incentives.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing best practices and contributing to a positive event atmosphere.

- No prior experience necessary—full training provided
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for working with people
- Comfortable speaking to and approaching customers in busy, fast-paced settings
- Confident, reliable, and motivated by targets and performance-based rewards
- Willingness to travel locally to various event locations as needed
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude
