Overview

Moncler is looking for a In-store Visuel Merchandiser to complete the team in our Faubourg Flagship in Paris.


Your Impact

Key Responsibilities :
  • Implement visual merchandising guidelines in line with brand identity, seasonal projects and commercial priorities
  • Ensure window displays, mannequins, and in‑store product presentations are visually impactful and aligned with VM standards
  • Adapt global VM directives to local store layouts while maintaining brand consistency
  • Collaborate closely with Store Management and Merchandising team to support commercial objectives
  • Monitor product placement and stock rotation to maximize sales
  • Maintain high visual standards across all store areas, ensuring cleanliness, order, and visual excellence
  • Train and guide store teams on visual merchandising principles and daily maintenance

Qualifications
  • Proven track record in In-store VM roles within structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies;
  • Strong visual and aesthetic sensitivity with a commercial mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret and execute visual guidelines effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced retail environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in English & French, proficiency in another language is considered as a plus.
