The Role
We receive warm inbound estimate requests every month. These are real clients who have already raised their hand. They want help. The pipeline is full.
Your job is to make sure they say yes.
This is not a lead-generation role. We need someone who has lived on the phones—who reads a caller’s hesitation like a second language and knows exactly how to move the conversation forward without being pushy, weird, or robotic.

What You’ll Do
- Follow up on all inbound estimates within the defined callback window
- Run discovery calls that uncover client needs, project scope, and urgency
- Handle objections on price, timing, and hesitation
- Identify and present upsell opportunities
- Execute a structured follow-up cadence on every open estimate until a decision is made
- Log all call activity and outcomes in CRM with same-day accuracy.
- Hit or exceed an 85% monthly closing rate.
Required
- Call center or BPO background
- Strong spoken English
- Outbound sales or SDR experience is equally valued
- Comfortable working to clear KPIs and close-rate targets with a structured follow-up process
- Reliable remote setup—strong internet, quiet home environment, and zero background noise on client calls
- Availability to work US business hours (EST)
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
- Background in home services, construction, trades, or any industry where clients make high-consideration purchase decisions
Compensation
Every dollar in bonuses is funded by revenue you generate as there are no phantom commissions here.
- Base pay of $200/week guaranteed from day one and paid via Wise
- Upsell and closing rate bonuses paid monthly between ($100-$500 per month)
- On-target monthly earnings range up tp $1,500+, with uncapped commissions as your close rate and upsell volume grow
Full bonus details and payout schedule will be discussed during the interview. We’re transparent about money because that’s how trust works.
