The Influencer Marketing Manager executes influencer and creator partnerships to drive awareness, engagement, ROI, and brand storytelling. This role manages daily coordination, campaigns, relationships, and contract and budget processes, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time and to brand standards.

- Discover, vet, and recommend influencers aligned with campaign goals, brand identity, and audience targets.
- Manage day-to-day communication with creators and their representatives, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Provide content feedback to ensure brand accuracy, storytelling strength, and platform alignment.
- Manage usage rights documentation and ensure all approved assets are properly stored and tagged.
Campaign Execution- Execute influencer campaigns from brief development through delivery based on strategy set by the Social Media Manager.
- Draft clear, actionable influencer briefs outlining deliverables, messaging, requirements, and timelines.
- Coordinate product gifting, seeding, and shipment tracking in partnership with the Social Media Coordinator and PR.
- Support onsite influencer activations, cooking classes, and retail experiences as needed.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure campaign assets integrate into broader brand, social, email, paid media, and retail strategies.
Contracts, Budget, and Administrative Management- Manage contract routing, W9 collection, vendor setup, and compliance documentation.
- Track and reconcile influencer budgets, including commitments, spend, and financial reporting.
- Process invoices and partner with Finance/AP to ensure timely payment.
Affiliate and Paid Media Integration Support- Support affiliate program tasks such as link management, tracking coordination, and creator onboarding.
- Identify high-performing creator content for potential paid amplification.
- Partner with the Social Media Manager and Paid Media teams to develop influencer-driven paid campaigns.
- Evaluate influencer content for paid suitability, understanding best practices for hooks, pacing, storytelling, and format.
- Coordinate the execution of paid-optimized influencer content, ensuring assets meet brand and performance requirements.
Reporting and Analytics Support- Track deliverables, performance metrics, and KPIs across all influencer partnerships.
- Compile data and insights to support monthly reporting and campaign analysis.
- Maintain organized and comprehensive records of influencer activity, performance, contracts, and spend.
Content and Asset Management- Upload influencer assets into the digital asset management (DAM) system with accurate metadata.
- Support recipe uploads and content tracking when tied to influencer deliverables.
Project and Workflow Management- Manage timelines, workflows, and communication for influencer projects using influencer software tools such as Creator IQ, Grin, Aspire.
- Maintain organized documentation for all campaigns, influencer and creator contacts, contracts, deliverables, and approvals.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or social media—ideally within consumer, retail, or lifestyle categories.
- Strong understanding of influencer platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and creator content best practices.
- Experience managing influencer communication, deliverables, approvals, and logistics.
- Familiarity with affiliate programs, usage rights, and creator content for paid media.
- Experience with influencer platforms such as CreatorIQ, Grin, or Aspire.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and content quality control.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, relationship-driven approach.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as AI tools to gain efficiencies.
- Experience working with DAM systems and digital asset organization.
