Job Objective & Safety/Security Sensitive Designation
Essential Functions
- Assist in designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
- Support the creation and maintenance of SharePoint sites, lists, and document libraries.
- Help automate workflows and improve business processes using Power Automate.
- Perform data entry, validation, and reporting tasks within SharePoint and Power BI.
- Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing existing SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to gather user requirements and implement solutions.
Minimum Qualifications, Additional Requirements and Supervisory Responsibilities
- Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
- Basic understanding of database management, workflow automation, and cloud-based applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical users.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license if required for job-related travel.
