We are seeking an Information Technology Student, for our BC Region district, within our Canadian Buildings Division that is available for 4 months starting in September 2023. This position will be under the direct supervisor of the Team Lead, Construction Techology Analyst.

Here's how an Information Technology Student for our BC Region office contributes to our team:

Responsibilities

• Providing tier 1 (phone) and 2 (in person) support to district – both in the office and various site locations
• Logging IT related support calls
• Deployment of hardware
• Handling equipment audits & shipments
• Creating process documentation
• Assisting Systems & Office Administrators in a variety of other systems related tasks as required

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computers (Microsoft office basic hardware support)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Previous support experience an asset
