Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and oversee infrastructure projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering, or construction, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate all project phases, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Team Leadership:
Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives.
Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and celebrate milestones.
Quality Assurance :
Ensure compliance with technology standards, regulations, and best practices in all project activities.
Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
Budget and Resource Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to optimize project outcomes.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Technology
Expertise in infrastructure (network, digital workplace) and security fundamentals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
10+ years of experience in infrastructure project management, with a focus on [specific types of infrastructure, e.g., Network, Storage, etc.].
CAPM/PMP/CITM/CSM/PRINCE II or relevant certification preferred
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Primavera)
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Proficient in budget management and financial reporting.
Familiarity with relevant regulations, industry best practices, and technology developments.
To succeed in this role, you should be skilled in delivering thoroughly documented, tested, and operational products within established standard, qualities, timelines and budgets. Ideal candidates will possess a strong communication skill, analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Note: This role requires 100% Work in office, based at Tampines and will eventually move to Punggol in H2 2026.
