Innovation Intern

Job Description

The innovation intern will help by doing the following:
Collaborate with different stakeholders to identify business problems and obstacles arising from day-to-day activity and work to help identify solutions & barrier removals,

Provide support to the businesses on innovation activities by instilling the Innovation DNA and other innovation frameworks (Global Innnovation Management Institute framework, Open Innovation framework, creative problem solving etc.),

Prepare communication materials for completed, ongoing, and upcoming Innovation & Digital Transformation (IDT) iniatitives and updates,

Update, manage and gate keep the SPARK platform. Consolidate SPARK ideas in the IG.NI.TE. Insights Map for evaluation & analysis,

Support the innovation learning culture by proactively seeking to understand learnings and impact stories from 1AP,

Work with the Innovation Programs Manager to harness disruptive technologies and business models from innovative startups & technology companies,

Work with the Innovation Programs Manager to establish strong external networks with Academe, Utility Groups, Industrial Groups, Research Centers and the Government, and

Work with the Innovation Programs Manager to uncover pain points from Business Units - and subsequently filter innovative and emerging technologies and business models to satisfy the needs of the BUs.
Preferably with an Industrial Engineering background and with experience in creative and graphic design
