Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team supporting clients in the United States.
In this role, you will handle outbound and inbound sales interactions, qualify leads, conduct product consultations, and guide customers through the enrollment or onboarding process.

This position is ideal for someone confident on calls, understands US customer expectations, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from prospective customers in the US.
  • Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and clearly explain service offerings.
  • Guide customers through the enrollment, application, or onboarding process.
  • Handle objections professionally and follow a structured sales process to close deals.
  • Maintain daily activity metrics such as talk time, lead touches, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments.
  • Manage and update customer information within the company’s CRM system with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to refine sales scripts, campaigns, and outreach strategies.
  • Provide consistent feedback on customer pain points and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets across monthly and quarterly cycles.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, B2C/B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting, preferably for US accounts.
  • Excellent English communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence.
  • Proven experience meeting quotas in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and objection handling.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working the night shift and engaging with US-based customers.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
