Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Hybrid (Dublin-based)
Salary: up to €30,000 base + €10,000 OTE

Established in 1993, we support our members through advocacy, expert advice, peer networks, and services that enable SMEs to thrive. With a growing membership base and ambitious plans to strengthen our impact, we are expanding our sales team to help deliver on our strategic objectives.
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic commercial team. You will play a critical role in generating leads, converting prospects into members, and supporting the growth of ISME’s membership base and commercial services. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with 1–2 years’ B2B experience to develop their career in a mission-led, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for sourcing leads, follow up on marketing-generated leads, and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
· Conduct outbound calls to engage prospective SME members.
· Deliver excellent customer experience in all interactions, across multiple communications channels.
· Present ISME membership value proposition in a compelling, consultative manner.
· Ensure excellent pipeline management and accurate forecasting to deliver against agreed KPIs.
· Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and contribute to overall team targets.
· Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information.
· Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
· Support campaigns and promotions targeting acquisition, retention and upselling.
· Attend Roadshow and networking events to promote ISME’s services and benefits.
· Develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships with all internal departments.
· Schedule appointments for senior sales colleagues where appropriate.
· Be informed about trends across the wider Irish business landscape and be authentic and knowledgeable with members and prospects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a B2B sales or business development role essential.
· Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
· Excellent PC skills essential - experience with Zoho CRM is an advantage.
· Ability to work well under pressure.
· Agile and able to work effectively within a team and on own initiative.
· Self-starter with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
· Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
· Confident in engaging with business owners, decision-makers, and senior managers .
· Interest in supporting Irish SMEs and contributing to a purpose-driven organisation.
