Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Rotterdam-based team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Industrial PC (IPC) industry and excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, supporting sales operations, and closely coordinating with our headquarters in Taiwan to ensure seamless communication and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process sales orders for industrial computer products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners in the region.
• Coordinate with the Taiwan headquarters for product availability, pricing, technical details, and delivery schedules.
• Provide professional inside sales support to the external sales team and regional business partners.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer information using Saleshub CRM.
• Monitor sales performance, follow up on open opportunities, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient communication and service quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business,logistic, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Industrial PC (IPC) or embedded systems industry.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) for daily communication with the Taiwan headquarters.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Saleshub CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced international environment.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Rotterdam, Netherlands.
