Ideal Candidate Profile (Experience)

  • 5+ years in customer support, pre-sales, or inside sales roles, preferably in retail or tech products
  • Basic knowledge of PC hardware and computer peripherals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online sales platforms is a plus
  • Experience with Pay-by-Link or online transaction tools is an advantage

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide accurate guidance

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries on social media, marketplaces, and our website
  • Provide accurate product information on PC hardware and accessories
  • Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities
  • Guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Manage pre-sales and sales activities throughout the buying journey
  • Collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead handovers and follow-ups
  • Send payment links or assist with online transactions
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Stay updated on products, promotions, and industry trends
  • Convert qualified leads into sales, contributing directly to team performance
