About the role

Reporting to the Installer & Yardperson, your role will be to:

• Safely operate forklift to move, place, load and unload product as required Work efficiently to ensure products are in optimum condition, including cleaning, graffiti removal, general maintenance, etc.
• Report any QA concerns upon product dispatch or return • Detail repairs/maintenance requiring billing out to customers upon return of product
• Ensure all products are kept in appropriate condition, identifying any maintenance requirements
• Conduct servicing and scheduled maintenance as required
• Maintain a high quality of work whilst meeting deadlines as agreed with your manager
• Undertake other roles and responsibilities as directed by the manager in line with your knowledge, skills and abilities
• As directed, organize product (including but not limited to temporary barriers, VMS, light towers) loading and unloading activities
• Ensure adherence to proper check in and check out processes of all equipment
• Assist in delivery of VMS as required
• Assist on site with various deployment & installation tasks, general laboring & assistance as required

Skills and experience

We are looking for someone with relevant transferable skills, a positive attitude and capacity for hands on, physical work. Our ideal candidate will have:

VCAA qualification
Medium Rigid Truck License
Dogging License
Industry Card (white/red card)
Traffic Management
Electrical Spotters Ticket
A positive attitude & high regard for workplace safety
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
