Business Excellence (BE) is the group that powers the strategic decision making across the product lifecycle and enables personalised customer engagement, using dynamic insights and advanced analytics.
BE is a part of Global Pharma Strategy (GPS) and our commitment spans across the product lifecycle. We consist of 6 teams: Integrated Experience & Operations (IXO), Commercial Marketing, Portfolio Solutions, Established Products, Program Management, and Commercialisation Strategy.
The RIPE program at the Roche global headquarters is a 6-month journey into gaining incredible knowledge, networking exposure, and practical corporate work experience to supplement your current education curriculum in school. - Learn from Business Excellence teams and partners on how they contribute to our One Pharma Strategy Vision
- Focus on how to deliver an integrated customer experience to include both online and offline approaches
- Gain hands-on experience with key initiatives within the broad portfolio of business excellence
- Network across business teams to gain exposure on lifecycle development
- Support us in developing the Business Excellence RIPE internship program for 2026
- You are enrolled in your Bachelor studies at an accredited university or must have completed your BA studies at an accredited university within twelve months before the start of the internship
- You are receiving or have received your Bachelors degree in the field of business, life sciences or applied sciences
- You have a passion for delivering products or customer experiences in a clear, consistent and impactful manner
- You are able to work independently or in teams, make an impact, and prefer to work in a dynamic environment
- You are advanced in English (spoken and written) and easily connect with people having different backgrounds
Technical Criteria
Non-EU/EFTA citizens (m/f/d) must include a confirmation from the university with their application that they must complete a compulsory internship as part of their training. Furthermore, they have to be enrolled during the entire length of the internship.
