- Collaborate on various stages of new and ongoing projects. From planning to execution and evaluation.
- Conduct research on topics relevant to ESAB’s goals and initiatives.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data, using provided software tools such as MS Office Suite [e.g. Excel, Power Point, Word].
- Provide administrative assistance including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and participating in customer calls outreach.
- Prepare reports and documents applicable to project work or internship activities.
- Work, internship, or other experience in a professional environment.
- Eligible to work in the US; international students must have all visas and employment authorizations.
- Ability to think and work independently within a professional setting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to bring big ideas and influence across all levels of an organization
- Strong bias for action.
- Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word).
