Responsibilities Specific responsibilities will vary greatly depending on the department needs. General responsibilities may include:

• Collaborate on various stages of new and ongoing projects. From planning to execution and evaluation.
• Conduct research on topics relevant to ESAB’s goals and initiatives.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data, using provided software tools such as MS Office Suite [e.g. Excel, Power Point, Word].
• Provide administrative assistance including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and participating in customer calls outreach.
• Prepare reports and documents applicable to project work or internship activities.

Qualifications

• Work, internship, or other experience in a professional environment.
• Eligible to work in the US; international students must have all visas and employment authorizations.

• Ability to think and work independently within a professional setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
