Job Summary

Job Summary

As a Renewals Analyst Intern, you will support the renewals team in managing and analysing support contract data related to hardware storage products. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a career in business operations, analytics, or sales support in the tech or hardware industry. You will gain hands-on experience working with CRM tools, understanding support lifecycle processes, and collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

  • Support the team with data entry and validation tasks in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, NetApp internal systems)
  • Help generate reports and summaries on renewal status, pipeline health, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, sales Operations to support the renewal process.
  • Collaboration with partners and distributor to assist renewals team operations.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency.
  • Learn and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to renewal workflows.
  • Strong interest in sales operations, customer success, or business analytics.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn enterprise systems and tools
  • Exposure to CRM tools like Salesforce or quoting platforms.
  • Interest in hardware, IT infrastructure, or B2B tech.
  • Coursework or experience in data analysis, business systems, or customer relationship management.
  • A chance to contribute to high-impact projects and gain visibility into cross-functional operations.

Education

  • Currently pursuing an Undergrad degree in business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
