Job Requirements
- Support the team with data entry and validation tasks in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, NetApp internal systems)
- Help generate reports and summaries on renewal status, pipeline health, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, sales Operations to support the renewal process.
- Collaboration with partners and distributor to assist renewals team operations.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Learn and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to renewal workflows.
- Strong interest in sales operations, customer success, or business analytics.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn enterprise systems and tools
- Exposure to CRM tools like Salesforce or quoting platforms.
- Interest in hardware, IT infrastructure, or B2B tech.
- Coursework or experience in data analysis, business systems, or customer relationship management.
- A chance to contribute to high-impact projects and gain visibility into cross-functional operations.
Education
- Currently pursuing an Undergrad degree in business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
