As an MBA Graduate Intern in HR Operations at Cubic, you will work closely with our HR Operations team to support various aspects of human resources management. You will gain exposure to key HR functions, processes, and projects while contributing to the overall success of our organization. Job Details:

• Assist with HR projects with strategic business impact that you present to senior leaders.

• Perform various administrative duties, including maintaining HR records, managing documentation, and handling HR-related inquiries.
• Analyze data, identify root causes, and recommend solutions for HR related business issues.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related issues.
• Shows commitment to company values, ethics, safety, security, labor charging and quality.
• Supports as required total quality management/continuous process improvement teams.
• Comply with Cubic’s values and adherence to all company policy and procedures. In particular comply with the code of conduct, quality, security and occupational health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties assigned by their manager from time-to-time, as may be reasonably required of them.
