To support R & D initiatives focused on leveraging AI tools to enhance financial advisory processes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
1. AI-Assisted Financial Planning Support

• Explore how AI applications (e.g., Claude and similar platforms) can enhance financial planning and advisory processes

• Design and test AI-supported solutions for product comparisons, portfolio structuring, and financial planning workflows

• Develop AI prompts, templates, and frameworks to improve adviser productivity, planning consistency, and alignment with the firm's preferred product mix.

• Document key findings, use cases, and recommendations for potential business adoption
  

2. AI-Assisted Compliance & Advisory Support

• Assess the potential of AI applications to strengthen compliance and advisory-related processes

• Design and test AI-supported solutions to enhance Basis of Recommendation (BOR) write-ups

• Develop AI-assisted approaches for compliance-aware marketing materials and advisory content drafting

• Identify opportunities to improve documentation quality, consistency, and efficiency while reducing compliance-related friction

• Document findings, use cases, and recommendations to support future innovation initiatives
  

3. Research & Innovation Support

• Conduct market research and industry benchmarking to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and best practices

• Prepare insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and future innovation projects
  

WHO YOU ARE
1. Undergraduate in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines

2. Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, innovation, financial planning, wealth management, or financial services

3. Prior exposure to AI tools, prompt engineering, or automation platforms is an advantage

4. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills

5. Interest in Generative AI and emerging technologies

6. Good written and verbal communication skills

7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a project-based environment

8. Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms will be an advantage

9. Basic understanding of financial planning, investments, or wealth management concepts will be an advantage
