Intern, Analyst

Role Description:

Key Job Responsibilities

• Assist in investment and asset management activities in greenfield and brownfield, traditional and new businesses. e.g. real estate, artificial intelligence and cryptocurrencies
• Market research, develop financial models and prepare business proposals
• Assist and coordinate the execution of business plans which may include dealing with business partners, consultants and professionals
• Setting project time lines, key milestones and budgets
• Monitoring of investments to track actual performance against budget and prepare investor reports
• Update business plans as the market environment evolves
• Prepare for and execute investment exit

Required Focus

• Major and good understanding in at least 3 of the following areas: Real Estate / Finance / Business / AI / Cryptocurrencies

• Numerate and mathematically inclined

• Good presentation and communication skills

• Resourceful and have an aptitude for learning

• Team oriented

• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
