Intern, Ancillary Products

Summary

We are on the lookout for an intern who will be part of the Ancillary Products team to support the team's objective of growing ancillary revenue. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to improve and optimize the provision, retailing of ancillary products and be responsible for all go-to-market activities for new ancillary products.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Owners to define and execute the go-to-market and touchpoint optimization strategies for Scoot's ancillary products and revenue initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop campaigns and programs to drive awareness, adoption and growth of ancillary products.

• Conduct periodic research and benchmarking studies on ancillary product retailing and product marketing initiatives.

• Generate insights from deep analysis and research by working with Product Owners and UX team.

• Identify opportunities, gaps and customer pain points through customer engagement and feedback loops.

• Follow through with GTM and/or touchpoint optimization strategies and planned marketing initiatives to promote growth of ancillary revenue.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, or a numerical discipline.
