Job Summary:
As the CRM Intern, you will be developing, building and managing campaigns that cut across all aspects of the customer experience at FairPrice Group (FPG). You will work across creative and data-driven teams to develop, and orchestrate campaigns across all customer communication channels (i.e. Email, Mobile Push Notifications, SMS) and across all FPG Business Units (groceries online, to retail, to food services, loyalty and more). In this role, you will also work with cutting-edge Marketing Technology platforms to push the boundaries of data-driven customer communications. A regular day-to-day will include building and testing different content ideas, customer segments, personalisation formats, and optimizing campaigns to achieve.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist CRM Team to plan, setup, and launch daily campaigns across all CRM touchpoints (E.g. Email, Mobile App Push Notifications) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Track, measure, and report on performance of these customer communications, design and conduct A/B tests for iterative optimisation and improvement (E.g. subject lines, sales copy, send timing and frequency)
  • Work closely with technical stakeholders to develop mastery of our CRM platforms in order to constantly innovate and push the boundaries of our customer communications
  • Think creatively about personalisation of customer segments, dynamic content and genai, and how to deploy them onto eDMs and Push notifications to drive top quality engagement with customers, and create long term customer lifetime value for the CRM subscriber base.
  • Perform day-to-day operational, admin and system support

Key Competencies
- Preferably available for at least 6 months (01 Jul 2026 - 31 Dec 2026)
  • You are currently a Marketing / Business undergraduate or graduate
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow independently
  • Some knowledge/experience in copywriting and campaign management
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Strong interest in being at the forefront of e-commerce, marketing, and technology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Diligent in execution and able to think critically
  • Able to handle data and relate them to qualitative aspects of work
  • You are a self-starter, resourceful, proactive with hands-on approach
  • You have experience with HTML will be considered an advantage
