This position is for a highly-charged trainees who has an eye for all things luxury. You will be part of the Customer Excitement team within Mercedes-Benz Singapore, tasked with ensuring best-in-class customer experience and communication across every touch point. Beyond this, you will have the chance to contribute to customer-centric projects, sharpen your storytelling and content creation skills, and gain insights into how communications and customer experience come together to define the future of luxury mobility - helping to shape meaningful interactions and further elevate Mercedes-Benz as a luxury brand in Singapore.
Job Description:
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Support the development and implementation of brand, PR, retail, and B2B marketing campaigns including event planning, brainstorming, ideation, research, and analysis.
- Assist in execution and media relations through logistics coordination, content/materials creation, dissemination, outreach, and vendor/agency liaison.
- Contribute to the development of more emotional and impactful campaigns through storytelling, communication, and messaging.
- Support and coordinate in all marketing-related activities, including press conferences, product launches, brand initiatives, media drives, and employee engagement events.
2. Content Management
- Manage content updates and internal communication initiatives (social intranet, communication calendar, internal events, sustainability initiatives, etc.).
3. Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Manage and implement SEM strategies
- Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting key metrics/KPIs using data analytics across digital touchpoints.
- Review, track, and analyse competitor activities across all channels; prepare daily news updates, monthly tracking, and competitive analyses.
- Be part of the global rollout of new digital tools, ensuring effective integration into the organization.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Support planning and execution of customer loyalty and retention campaigns, review customer and dealer feedback to develop action plans
5. Partnerships
- Maintain a repository of prospective co-branding opportunities and liaise with potential strategic partners.
Internship Learning Outcomes:
- Active participation in the strategic planning process, including goal setting, development of objectives, and process alignment.
- Hands-on exposure to building relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Involvement in research, data insights, and customer-centric projects that bridge communications and experience.
- Experience in storytelling and content creation, sharpening your ability to communicate effectively across platforms.
- Understanding of the current and future business models shaping the luxury mobility industry.
- Exposure to Salesforce and other digital marketing and analytics tools.
- Mentorship and coaching from team members and management to accelerate your growth.
- Enhance communication skills across both brand and company touchpoints
- Undergraduate pursing Bachelors in communications/PR/marketing or any related discipline
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Have a creative flair for producing engaging content and copies
- Good Microsoft office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- A team player with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude and a high motivation to learn
