The Team
As part of the Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) team, you will join a group of professionals dedicated to driving rapid results and creating long-lasting value for our clients. The team focuses on strategic realignment, corporate restructuring, and company-wide efficiency improvements across various industries. You will have the opportunity to work on international projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the team's success.

How you will contribute

As an Intern (f/m/d), you will be part of the CTS-Deals team for 3 months and your tasks will include:

  • Supporting clients through end‑to‑end M&A and transformation initiatives, from early-stage analysis to post‑deal value creation—by driving rapid, measurable improvements that translate into sustainable long-term success.

  • Conducting rigorous financial and operational analyses, including elements of Financial Due Diligence (FDD), to develop forward‑looking strategies and shape successful post‑deal transformation concepts.

  • Collaborating on international, cross‑functional projects across diverse industries, covering strategic realignment, carve‑outs, post‑merger integration, corporate restructuring, and company‑wide performance improvement programs.

Qualifications

  • A strong academic background, near the end of your Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a Master’s or MBA program

  • A keen interest in business and a passion for problem-solving—comfort with numbers is a plus

  • Analytical skills and proficiency in tools like MS Excel and PowerPoint to create impactful presentations and insights

  • A hands-on approach with a focus on delivering results and excellent communication skills to work effectively in teams

  • Previous experience in consulting, private equity, banking, or industry internships is a plus, but not required

  • Fluency in both German and English is essential
