Job Description
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and administration of assessments
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation checks, process reviews, and coordination with stakeholders
- Review existing HR processes and workflows, identify gaps, and propose practical improvements
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in the planning and execution of company-wide events
- Provide support for office management matters as part of broader workplace experience initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned deliverables
- Able to think analytically and creatively when solving problems
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and high integrity in handling confidential information
- Human Resources/ Business Administration/ Psychology, or a related discipline
