• Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and administration of assessments
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation checks, process reviews, and coordination with stakeholders
• Review existing HR processes and workflows, identify gaps, and propose practical improvements
• Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in the planning and execution of company-wide events
• Provide support for office management matters as part of broader workplace experience initiatives

• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned deliverables
• Able to think analytically and creatively when solving problems
• Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and high integrity in handling confidential information
• Human Resources/ Business Administration/ Psychology, or a related discipline
